The authors of the blog, Eli Dahan and Bronwen Manning, are both Biblical Hebrew scholars and teachers.

Eli Dahan completed his MA degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, focusing on the Bible. Nowadays, he teaches Bible, Jewish Philosophy and Mathematics in ”The Beit Hinuch high school” in Jerusalem, and Biblical Hebrew through live online classes at ClassicalHebrew.com.

Bronwen Alexandra Manning is an experienced biblical Hebrew teacher and has learned other ancient languages, such as Akkadian, Phoenician and Koine Greek. Bronwen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Archeology and Jewish Civilization in the University of Cape Town, South Africa and her Masters degree in the Bible and Ancient Near Eastern Studies in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Besides teaching languages, her professional experience includes prehistoric excavations and research assistance
